TYPEQAST SLUIT KANTOORDEUREN EN WERKT VOLLEDIG OP AFSTAND
De IT teams bij Typeqast zijn altijd al gewend om op afstand te werken en de laatste maanden hebben bewezen dat werken op deze manier de toekomst is voor Typeqast. Klanten van het bedrijf bevestigen dat de productiviteit zelfs omhoog gegaan is en Typeqasters geven aan dat ze heel happy zijn met deze manier van werken.
Typeqast maakt de meest ingenieuze software voor innovatieve scale-ups. Zij voorzien scale-ups van agile, betaalbare en hoge-kwaliteit software development teams.Vanaf juli sluiten zij dus de deuren in Amsterdam en daarnaast worden hun kantoren in Kroatië flink terug geschaald. Voor Corona werkten developers maximaal 3 dagen per maand vanuit huis. De laatste maanden hebben Sonja’s gedachten over thuiswerken fundamenteel veranderd en het team is er volledig klaar voor.
De kantoren in Kroatië blijven wel bestaan, op een kleinere schaal, zodat Typeqasters een keuze hebben waar ze kunnen en willen werken. Deze ruimtes blijven benut, maar alleen nog slechts voor interne vergaderingen of afspraken met klanten. En voor gelegenheden als er iets te vieren is!
“Ik zal het kantoor en het elke dag zien van mijn collega’s echt missen. Maar ik ben heel trots op het team en hun flexibiliteit, dat we deze stap kunnen nemen’’, zegt Meijerink.
